Shipping and Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: We offer shipping to all governorates within Egypt. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

• Cairo & Giza: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

• Other Governorates: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our shipping partner, you will be contacted via a phone call or SMS by the courier to coordinate the delivery time to your doorstep.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses: Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
